I brought my Ranger in for the initial service and when I arrived to pick it up it was pouring down raining. Your service guys went above and beyond by unloading a pipe from my trailer, loading my ranger and then reloading the pipe in the pouring down so I didn't have to get soaked. Greatly appreciated!
